A little help for your camp.
Questions about app limits, your circle, or your account? Here’s how to reach us and manage your information.

. For a technical problem, include your phone model, app version, what happened, and what you expected. Remove private information from any screenshots.
Keep your login key private. It can give someone access to your account. Don’t include it in support email or share it with friends. Your friend code and login key are different.
Report a community concern
In Circle, open a person’s options and choose Report person, or choose Report request on an available request. Choose a reason, add only the details needed, then choose Open report email. The app first saves a private report and content snapshot, then opens an email draft. Review it and tap Send yourself. The email is editable; an authorized human operator checks the saved report before deciding what action to take.
Cancelling the draft or failing to send does not delete the saved report. If email will not open, copy the report reference and contact us: . Reporting does not automatically block or punish someone. You can separately block them from their Circle options; blocking also leaves their circle.
For an appeal, use Appeal by email on the community notice or contact us: . Describe the decision and why you believe it should be reconsidered. Do not send a login key, password, or verification code.
Reports and appeals use private human review, not automatic decisions. This is not a live chat or emergency service, and no fixed response time is promised. The community guide explains your controls; the privacy policy explains saved reports, separate email copies, and manual retention.
Blocking or extra time not working?
Check the Screen Time tab for app-access permissions and your saved limits. Approved extra time takes effect when your phone receives it; if delivery is delayed, reopen sumore. App blocking requires the installed iPhone or Android app.
